A network of women in the optical industry that began with 13 women in a hotel room at a Vision Expo in 1997 and still gathers around the trade shows, run by volunteers who keep one another's careers in view.

A network of women in the optical industry that began with 13 women in a hotel room at a Vision Expo in 1997 and still gathers around the trade shows, run by volunteers who keep one another's careers in view.
